Meeting with ‘Maka Shakthy’ Organisation in Kilinochchi

The Gate Institute held a meeting on March 19, 2024, with members of ‘Maka Shakthy’, an organisation of women entrepreneurs in Kilinochchi district, one of the worst-affected districts of the war in Sri Lanka.  The meeting was held at the ‘Maka Shakthy’ office premises.

The purpose of this meeting was to explain how women entrepreneurs of Kilinochchi district can take advantage of  ‘Gate for Innovation Venture and Entrepreneurship (GIVE)’ to be implemented by The Gate Institute and to learn about the problems faced by women entrepreneurs and how to solve them through GIVE.
